'Seabreeze' Noosa

Seabreeze NoosaWelcome to Seabreeze, an up-market contemporary, high set, dog friendly holiday house. Situated in the peaceful residential suburb of Sunrise Beach, only 3 km from Hastings Street, 2 km to Noosa Junction Shops, close to cycle paths and only a short stroll to the beaches.

With holidays in mind the house has an open design with the kitchen and living area’s merging onto large open verandahs, giving you the option of indoor or outdoor living. The outlook over the private garden contribute to its ‘beachy’ relaxed atmosphere.

If relaxing by your own pool is more your style, we can offer that too. We also have another outdoor area at the back of house with it’s own sunny deck overlooking a beautiful 8 metre inground saltwater pool.

Our house has three good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep six people. A perfect getaway for couples or groups wanting to share their holidays together and of course your four legged best friend is welcome to come along. Please note, this house is unsuitable for children.

 

House Details

Seabreeze offers three good sized bedrooms and will comfortably sleep six people.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite.

The second bedroom has a king size bed which can be configured into two large single beds if required.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The open kitchen, dining and lounge rooms are spacious and light and look out onto the undercover verandahs, as well as taking in the view of the tranquil gardens through large glass sliding doors.

The main bathroom includes a bath, shower and a separate toilet.

All bedrooms are newly carpeted and have ceiling fans in each room.

Bath towels and linen can be hired if required at an additional cost.

The doors at both ends of the house allow the sea breezes to drift slowly in and screens on all doors and windows keep those unwanted insects out.
